Directory corrections, broken links and stale public facts come here. Applications, fee PDFs, scholarship instruments, visa questions and pastoral emergencies go to the school — or to official sources such as Study Australia and the CRICOS register.
If you are a parent asking “which school should we choose?”, we will not answer with a recommendation. Use the list, a state hub, and the how to choose guide, then contact admissions.

Please do not send passport scans, medical records or fee PDFs here. We do not need them and we should not hold them. Send those to the school that asked for them.

What happens after you write
If you sent a stale fact with a URL and a source, we can check it. If you sent “please recommend a school”, we will not. If you sent an application, we cannot process it. If you sent a medical file, delete the expectation that we will store it — we should not.

What we can and cannot do with your email
We can check a suburb, an official website, a founded year, or a gender line against a public source. We can fix a broken internal link. We can note that a house has paused boarding if the school has said so in public.
We cannot recommend a school. We cannot say which campus is safest, cheapest, or most likely to produce a particular ATAR. We cannot hold a bed. We cannot forward your child’s reports to a principal. We cannot interpret a visa rule. We cannot quote this year’s boarding fee.
If your message is “please tell us where to send our daughter”, we will point you to the list, a state hub, and how to choose. That is the whole product. The choice stays with the household and the school.
Corrections that help
A useful correction names the URL, the stale fact, and a source we can open without a login. “Boarding has paused — see the school news post dated March” is usable. “I heard they closed” is not. “Please add our ranking” will be refused. “Please add a live fee table” will be refused.
Schools that want a public fact updated should write from a recognisable address and point at their own page. We still verify. A marketing PDF is weaker evidence than the admissions page.
Privacy
Do not send medical files, passport scans, tax documents or other children’s personal information to the directory inbox. We do not need them to correct a suburb. If you already sent them, assume we will not store them as an enrolment file — we are not an enrolment file.
